Join Us for Meditation, Daily Yoga, and Satsang

Postural yoga (or asana) offers increased suppleness, strength and balance. It brings more freedom and ease and capacity in the body, and can be prescribed and designed for any person’s age, stage or condition.

Our practice focuses (in order of importance) on: breath, spinal alignment, the placement of the articular limbs and the energetic flow in the body. When done right, postures linked to breath cause a state of moving meditation to arise concurrently, as a state of grace and flow. All levels of practitioners are welcome at any class. Bring water and a towel, and plan to stay to enjoy the gardens.

WE ARE ON A BREAK.

CLASSES START AGAIN ON NOVEMBER 9, 2018.

PLEASE PLAN TO JOIN US.
